Analysis of chocolates for compliance with table 4 NOM-186-SSA1/SCFI-2013, all parameters.
- We are the first laboratory in Mexico accredited in the AOCS method Ce-11-05 (2005) for detection of cocoa equivalent butter (CBE). For this determination we use reference material certified in the European Union (IRMM), which is used worldwide.
